8” Self-Supporting Aerial Pole/Mast Bracket (No fixing Screws Required)

What's included? - 2 x V-Bolts for securing an aerial mast/pole. They are suitable for use with masts that have an external diameter of 11mm (0.5") to 38mm (1.5"). The bracket will actually hold up to a 2” pole but you would have to source the correct V-Bolts.

How to Attach to a wall:

This particular bracket is self-supporting and does not require any fixings to be installed to a wall.

As you can see in the pictures above, the bracket has two arms that fix into the gap (where the mortar is) between bricks and tighten, this action is enough to hold the bracket in place. No need to drill holes for screws and other fixings.

The supporting arms are 180mm (7”) long and are adjustable in order to securely attach themselves to a brick / mounting point. The gripping L arms are 1” deep and need to be inserted all of the way into the mortar so that they are flush with the brick. You may have to chisel out some of the mortar between the bricks if you don’t have a deep enough gap for the arms to fit. If the arms are not inserted all of the way, this will dramatically weaken the strength of the mount potentially resulting in the bracket falling off.

Technical Specification:

When attached, the bracket protrudes 200mm (8") from a wall, however the actual distance the mast would be from the wall is around 150mm (6") due to where the mounting holes are positioned (approximately).
